Visual Merchandising Executive Design (F&FA)
Job Purpose
Conceptualize, design, and execute visual merchandising initiatives across retail channels, creating compelling customer experiences that drive brand visibility and commercial performance.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Design, or related field.
Experience
- 35 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Design, Retail Design, or Store Experience Design.
- Experience in designing and executing windows, seasonal campaigns, planograms, product displays, retail events, and fixture concepts.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of retail materials, fabrication techniques, and production processes.
- Understanding of customer journey, retail trends, and visual storytelling.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
Key Deliverables
- Design and develop seasonal VM campaigns, window displays, in-store experiences, product launches, and retail events.
- Create planograms, product sampling displays, fixture concepts, and category merchandising solutions.
- Develop VM guidelines, technical drawings, artworks, and execution toolkits for store implementation.
- Partner with Marketing, Retail, and Category teams to translate business objectives into engaging retail experiences.
- Manage prototype development, vendor coordination, production, and installation of VM elements.
- Ensure consistency and quality of VM execution across all stores and channels.
- Conduct store audits and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and VM effectiveness.
- Track emerging retail, design, and VM trends to drive innovation across retail touchpoints.
