Job summary

Killer Jeans is seeking a seasoned Visual Merchandiser to drive VM initiatives in its Hyderabad stores. You will plan guidelines, curate layouts, displays, and seasonal concepts that reflect the brand’s style across the retail network.

You will train store teams, coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Retail, and conduct regular store visits with VM audits. Travel for store visits is required and a keen eye for trends will shape compelling in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fashion Retail & Visual Merchandising.
• Good understanding of Store Layout & Product Presentation.
• Creative and innovative approach to VM.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute VM guidelines across all stores.
• Ensure proper store layouts, product displays, window displays, mannequins, and fixtures as per brand standards.
• Develop and implement seasonal and promotional VM concepts.
• Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail and Store teams for VM execution.
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to maintain brand standards.
• Guide and train store teams on VM standards and product presentation.
• Ensure correct product placement, colour blocking, size-wise arrangement and category presentation.
• Plan VM execution for new store openings, launches and special campaigns.
• Monitor competitor stores and market trends to bring new VM ideas and concepts.
• Prepare VM reports, store visit reports and compliance trackers.
• Coordinate with vendors for VM materials, branding, fixtures and installations.
• Ensure timely implementation of HO VM guidelines across stores.
