Job summary

Peoplelogic Business Solutions seeks a Visual Merchandising and Planogram Specialist to drive VM standards across stores in the region. You will coordinate with HO VM and retail teams to implement guidelines, and work with vendors to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities include rolling out VM calendars, documenting planograms weekly, training staff on display concepts, and analyzing store sales to optimize VM effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Graduation or higher; NIFT preferred.
• 3–5 years in Product Management / Buying & Merchandising.
• Knowledge of design software and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Roll out defined VM guidelines across all stores.
• Coordinate with retail team to implement VM guidelines at all stores.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper VM implementation and deadlines.
• Manage VM calendar and SOP updates with HO VM and regional teams.
• Document planograms with reference pictures weekly/monthly.
• Analyze store sales data to derive VM effectiveness.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet implementation deadlines and training calendar.
• Oversee new stores relaunches and marketing events as related to VM.
• Capture photos of VM executions regionally.

VM Portfolio & Calendar

• Roll out defined standard VM guidelines across all stores.
• Coordinate with retail team to ensure implementation of VM guidelines at all stores.
• Coordinate with vendor for proper implementation & ensure execution.
• Roll out VM guideline docket for each VM initiatives/ campaign of the region.
• Share all seasonal and promotional VM calendar.
• Monitor and ensure all executions are within deadline.
• Ensure all seasonal and promotional elements are kept in a product launch window for proper display.
• Coordinate with HO VM and regional team to have proper update on new VM calendar and SOPs.
• Regular store visit to ensure consistent standard of VM.
• Constantly review performance of the portfolio across all stores and identify gaps.

Planogram Management

• Coordinate with HO VM & retail team for execution of all planograms in stores.
• Document the implementation of the planograms with reference pictures on weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinate and share regular feedback with HO VM team regarding regional store VM.

Other Operations

• Coordinate with vendor, HO VM team and retail team to ensure effective execution.
• Document photos of VM executions for region.
• Collect feedback from retail operations team on the effectiveness of VM implementations for the region.
• Analyse store sales data to derive VM effectiveness.
• Monitor the efficiency of VM Concepts.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet implementation deadlines.
• Training and staff alignment-adherence to training calander and coverage.
• NSO- New Stores/ Relaunch/ Factory Outlet/Trade Show / Trade Fairs/ Marketing Event/ MBO / LFS

Person Specifications:

Education

• Graduation/Post Graduation (NIFT and similar institutes preferred)

Years of Experience

• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Product Management / Buying & Merchandising

Specialized Knowledge

• Knowledge of design software- Corel draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Auto CAD etc.
• proficiency in MS Office.
• Visual Merchandising basics viz. folds, space management, etc.
