Job summary

Travenso Travels LLP, based in Pune, is expanding its visa operations team to handle GCC and e-Visa processing for UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and other destinations. Freshers can apply and candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

You will manage end-to-end visa files, verify documents, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain trackers to meet TAT/SLA commitments while collaborating with sales and operations on quotes and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in visa processing (GCC preferred).
• Excellent documentation, accuracy and communication skills.
• Comfort using online e-visa portals and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end GCC & e-Visa files for UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain.
• Create and share checklists; verify documentation accuracy.
• Fill online portals and upload required documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers/DMCs for submission, status and corrections.
• Prepare supporting documents: cover letters, declarations, itineraries.
• Maintain MIS/trackers and ensure TAT & SLA commitments.
• Collaborate with sales and operations for quotes, invoicing and payments.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with suppliers/DMCs for submission, status, corrections
• Prepare supporting docs: Cover letters, declarations, itineraries, insurance
• Maintain MIS / trackers and ensure TAT & SLA commitments
• Collaborate with sales & operations for quotes/invoicing/payment closure

Must-Have Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in visa processing (GCC preferred)
• Excellent documentation, accuracy and communication skills
• Comfort using online e-visa portals & quick learning ability

Nice to Have

• Experience with UAE/Oman/Qatar/Bahrain visas
• Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA / UFTAA
• Basic FRRO, OK-to-Board, GDS exposure
