Viable Search Consultants in Gurugram is seeking a visa documentation executive with 5+ years of experience to manage client filings and updates. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.

You will explain requirements to clients, handle queries via email and phone, and maintain records. The position demands resilience during peak times and good communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5+ years of experience in visa processing or related profile.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Knowledge of accounts and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work long hours during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Documents scrutiny for visa processing for all countries.
• Client handling & explaining documentation to clients for visa process.
• Prepare the cases for visa process and send them for submission.
• Update clients with day to day updates of their application.
• Solve client queries via email and telephone.
• Handle cash and bank related transactions.
• Record maintaining of all application data. Ensure accurate of timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
• Maintain up to date information on visa regulations and fees.
• Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
• Ensure no penalties are incurred and monitor, track and maintain internal errors.
