Job summary

Guidance Plus Educational Services in Kochi is seeking a Visa Manager (Study Abroad) to oversee the end-to-end visa process for learners applying to overseas institutions. You will collect and verify documents, coordinate with students and families, and explain country-specific visa requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Clinical Trials or similarly regulated processes is beneficial for rule-based workflows.
• Prior experience in international education consulting, immigration services, or student counseling is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for explaining complex information to diverse learners and families.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in office software and online application portals.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in international education, immigration, or project management are a plus.

Role Description

The Visa Manager (Study Abroad) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Visa Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end visa process for learners applying to institutions abroad, including document collection, verification, and submission. Daily tasks include coordinating with students and families, explaining country-specific visa requirements, scheduling and tracking visa appointments, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role involves regular communication with consulates, partner institutions, and internal teams to resolve visa-related queries and ensure timely processing. The Visa Manager also provides pre-departure guidance, monitors changes in immigration regulations, and supports process improvements to enhance the overall learner experience.
