IGOTVISA is seeking a VISA FILING ASSISTANT to guide students through visa applications for study, work, and tourism. You will provide counseling, gather documents, and coordinate with institutions to secure offers and approvals.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, student-centric service, and timely follow-ups. Prior visa/counseling experience is preferred, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years of visa filing or overseas education counseling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and assistance for Study Visa, Work Visa, and Tourist Visa applications.
• Guide students on academic, personal, professional, and financial documentation requirements.
• Assist students and parents throughout online applications, registration, orientation, and evaluations.
• Handle walk-in inquiries and conduct one-on-one profile assessments.
• Convert inquiries into prospective visa application leads.
• Coordinate with foreign institutions and their representatives to obtain offer letters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Study Abroad and visa application records.
• Support students with IELTS / PTE exam guidance, visa applications, and accommodation requirements.
• Follow up with high-potential leads via calls and emails.
• Assist in activities related to promoting overseas educational institutions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and assistance for Study Visa, Work Visa, and Tourist Visa applications
• Guide students on academic, personal, professional, and financial documentation requirements
• Assist students and parents throughout the complete process, including online applications, registration, orientation, and evaluations
• Handle walk-in inquiries and conduct one-on-one profile assessments
• Convert inquiries into prospective visa application leads
• Coordinate with foreign institutions and their representatives to obtain offer letters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Study Abroad and visa application records

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1-2 years of experience in visa filing, overseas education counseling, or academic counseling (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple applications with attention to detail
• Confident, goal-oriented, and student-focused approach
• Prior experience in study abroad or immigration consulting will be an added advantage
