UniCoach is an international education and student mobility platform based in Panipat. We are seeking a Visa Manager to oversee end-to-end student visa processes and ensure regulatory compliance, advising on visa categories and preparing applications.

The role requires coordinating with admissions and counselling teams to align course and country selection with visa feasibility, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in student visa processes, immigration regulations, and documentation requirements for major study destinations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex visa rules clearly to students and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines using structured, process-driven workflows and basic digital tools.
• Experience working in international education, overseas counselling, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in law, international relations, or education services is an advantage.

Role Description

The Visa Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat, responsible for overseeing end-to-end student visa processes and compliance. In this role, the Visa Manager reviews student profiles and documentation, advises on appropriate visa categories, and prepares, verifies, and submits visa applications in line with destination country regulations. The position includes staying updated on immigration policies, creating clear guidance materials, and communicating complex requirements to students and internal counsellors. The Visa Manager collaborates with admissions and counselling teams to align course and country selection with visa feasibility, monitors application status, and manages timelines to reduce processing risks. Day-to-day tasks also involve handling student queries, coordinating with external stakeholders such as embassies or visa centers, maintaining accurate records, and implementing process improvements to enhance the visa experience for students.
