Role & responsibilities

1. Leading and overseeing complete student and employee visa processing across multiple destination countries.
2. Managing high-volume visa applications with accuracy, efficiency, and strong compliance oversight.
3. Ensuring timely submissions, documentation review, follow-ups, and approvals.
4. Handling complex, sensitive, and escalated visa cases.
5. Managing visa processes for diverse nationalities, not limited to a single country of origin.
6. Maintaining strong understanding of global immigration regulations, documentation standards, and eligibility
7. requirements.
8. Anticipating and mitigating complexities arising from different origin-destination combinations.
9. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and immigration
10. authorities.
11. Coordinating closely with airlines, travel vendors, insurance partners, and documentation service providers.
12. Overseeing vendor performance and manage service-level agreements.
13. Aligning visa timelines with travel planning and mobility schedules.
14. Ensuring compliance with travel regulations including transit, entry requirements, and insurance mandates.
15. Proactively managing risks related to travel disruptions or regulatory delays.
16. Acting as the primary point of contact for visa and travel-related communication.
17. Providing clear, accurate guidance to students and parents on documentation and compliance.
18. Partnering with internal teams (admissions, operations, academics, leadership) to ensure smooth coordination.
19. Managing escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking.
20. Ensuring strict adherence to international immigration laws and regulatory requirements.
21. Maintaining robust documentation controls and data confidentiality standards.
