Job summary

Taabow Travels is seeking a Visa Executive to join our Chennai-based visa processing team. The role requires handling tourist visa applications end-to-end, including E-Visas, Schengen, USA, Australia and New Zealand visas, with meticulous document verification and timely submissions.

The candidate will prepare cover letters, checklists and supporting documents, review critical documents, and ensure online submissions comply with embassy requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tourist Visa Processing.
• Knowledge of Schengen, USA, Australia and New Zealand visa requirements.
• Strong document verification skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process tourist visa applications end-to-end.

We are looking for an experienced Visa Executive with strong knowledge of processing Tourist Visas for multiple countries.

Location: Saligramam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Process tourist visa applications end-to-end
• Handle E-Visas, Schengen Visas, USA, Australia, New Zealand and other country visas
• Verify customer documents before submission
• Prepare visa application documents as per embassy/consulate requirements
• Complete and submit online visa application forms
• Prepare cover letters, checklists and supporting documents
• Review passports, bank statements, employment documents, travel documents, etc.
• Identify missing or incorrect documents and coordinate for corrections
• Ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time
• Track visa application status and maintain proper records
• Stay updated with changing visa requirements and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Tourist Visa Processing
• Good knowledge of different countries' visa requirements
• Experience handling Schengen visa applications
• Knowledge of USA, Australia and New Zealand visitor visa procedures
• Strong document verification skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working with online embassy and visa portals
• Good English communication and computer skills
