Role Description

The Visa Processing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand. The role involves handling end-to-end visa application processes for study, work, immigration, and visitor categories, including document collection, verification, and data entry in internal systems and portals. The executive will coordinate with clients to explain requirements, timelines, and procedures, respond to queries, and provide clear guidance at every stage. Daily tasks include tracking application status, preparing and reviewing forms, organizing supporting documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves assisting with basic market and policy research, supporting awareness events, and collaborating with team members to ensure compliant and timely visa submissions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interaction, explanation of procedures, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
