Aertrip is seeking a highly skilled and solution-driven Visa Processing Executive to manage visa applications for UAE, Schengen, UK, and US. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of visa regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage both individual and group applications. Manage end-to-end visa applications: form filling, document verification, appointment scheduling, and submissions.
Handle specialized forms (e.g., DS-160 for US, UKVI forms), biometrics, and consulate coordination.
Stay updated with visa regulations, embassy, and consulate procedures.
Guide clients through the visa process, explaining requirements and timelines clearly.
Communicate with clients, corporates, travel agents, and consulates.
Track visa application statuses and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
Resolve rejections or delays through proactive problem-solving.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of all applications and documents.
Support group visa processing for MICE, corporate, and seasonal travel.
Coordinate with internal teams for travel insurance, documentation, and itinerary compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2–5 years of hands‑on experience in international visa processing (UAE, Schengen, UK, US).
Strong knowledge of embassy/consulate documentation and procedures.
Familiarity with visa platforms such as VFS Global, TLScontact, CGI Federal, BLS.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to meet tight timelines.
High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience with a travel agency, visa consultancy, or corporate travel desk.
Knowledge of travel insurance, notarizations, and itinerary validation.
Multilingual skills (especially European languages).
