The Role: Virtual Relationship Manager

The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) will engage with prospects who have shown interest in health insurance products, understand their coverage needs, and provide unbiased, advisory-led guidance to help them choose the right plan. This is a consultative sales role — the focus is on building trust and clarity for the customer

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospects to understand their health insurance needs, existing coverage, and family composition.
• Conduct a needs-based review — flag gaps in existing cover and recommend suitable individual or family floater plans.
• Explain policy features, exclusions, waiting periods, claim process, and premium structures clearly and accurately.
• Guide prospects through the online purchase journey — quote selection, proposal form, medical disclosures, and payment.
• Ensure all advice is compliant with IRDAI guidelines on advisory conduct and disclosure norms.
• Log every interaction, recommendation, and outcome accurately in the CRM.
• Meet defined targets on conversion, average handling time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Stay updated on product changes across insurer partners

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in insurance advisory or telesales, preferably health insurance/
• Strong communication and consultative skills
• Proficiency in an additional Regional Indian language is a plus
• Genuine customer-first orientation — ability to explain complex policy terms in simple language.
