Job summary

Electronica Finance Limited is seeking a dynamic Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to manage relationships with existing and prospective customers through telephonic and digital channels. You will drive growth by promoting financial products, ensuring excellent service, and retaining customers.

The role involves cross-selling lending products, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to expedite loan processing while maintaining CRM records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Tele-Sales, or Relationship Management.
• Knowledge of Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, Equipment Finance, or other lending products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with allocated customers through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Cross-sell and up-sell NBFC products such as Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, Equipment Finance, LAP, and other lending products.
• Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads from the existing customer database and convert them into business opportunities.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for faster loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
