Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Hyderabad is seeking a customer service executive to handle international inbound calls, resolve queries, and maintain CRM records. You will work on rotational night shifts with a cab facility provided.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in international voice processes; freshers or domestic experience are not eligible. This is a full-time role with 5 working days and 2 rotational weekly offs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process (inbound only).
• No freshers and no domestic experience.

Responsibilities

Skill Required :
