About The Role

Dashverse seeks a Video Producer who is first and foremost a master of narrative structure. In the world of AI-driven micro dramas, you will act as the guardian of the story, ensuring every edit and sound cue serves the emotional arc. As the operational lead for post-production, you will manage the pipeline and lead a team of Associate Producers, Editors, and Sound Engineers, bridging the gap between creative storytelling and technical execution to set new industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & Manage: Oversee end-to-end post-production workflows across editing, sound, and QC
• Creative Input: Guide pacing, storytelling, and packaging to elevate show quality
• Lead Teams: Manage and mentor Associate Producers, ensuring smooth execution
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high creative and technical standards for every episode
• Collaborate: Coordinate with Creative Producers, Creative Directors, Art Leads, and Animation and Image POCs for seamless handovers
• Problem-Solve: Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and keep delivery on track
