Job summary

Dashverse is seeking an attentive Associate Producer to join our content team on a 6-month contract. The role centers on reviewing, fixing, and approving Chinese micro-dramas dubbed in Hindi, English and regional languages, ensuring high-quality localization before go-live.

You will QC audio, evaluate clarity and timing, fix mispronunciations, ensure consistency with the storyline, and serve as the final approval point for episodes across the platform.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in the content, media, or entertainment industry (QC, editing, localization, dubbing preferred).
• Strong command of Hindi and English with excellent grammar, comprehension, and delivery.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across episodes.
• Ability to work with tight schedules and manage multiple shows at once.

Responsibilities

• Watch and thoroughly QC dubbed Chinese micro-dramas before release.
• Evaluate audio quality, including clarity, mixing, and timing.
• Follow localization standards to ensure natural, culturally appropriate adaptation.
• Check and fix overall context, consistency, and adherence to the original storyline.
• Identify and fix mispronunciations, emphasis, and natural delivery.
• Review whether voice-overs match the character’s personality, age, and emotional tone.
• Serve as the final approval point for content before it goes live.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an attentive, detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our content team on a 6-month contract.

The Associate Producer will play a crucial role in reviewing, fixing, and approving Chinese micro-dramas dubbed in

Hindi, English and Regional. Your approval directly determines whether a show goes live on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Watch and thoroughly QC dubbed Chinese micro-dramas before release.
• Evaluate audio quality, including clarity, mixing, and timing.
• Following the industry standards for localization, ensuring the adaptation feels natural and culturally
• appropriate.
• Check and fix overall context, consistency, and adherence to the original storyline.
• Identify and fix mispronunciations, incorrect emphasis, and unnatural delivery.
• Review whether the VOA performance matches the character’s personality, age, and emotional tone
• Serve as the final approval point for content before it goes live.

Skills & Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the content, media, or entertainment industry (QC, editing, production, localization,
• subtitling, or dubbing preferred).
• Strong command over Regional Language, Hindi and English - excellent grammar, comprehension, and
• Ability to identify issues in audio, language flow, context, and character interpretation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple episodes.
• Understanding of storytelling, character arcs, and dialogue pacing (preferred).
• Ability to work with tight schedules and manage multiple shows at once.
