Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Chandigarh. The Video Editor will collaborate with founders, product teams, and marketing stakeholders to create high-quality video content that explains complex AI concepts clearly and engagingly. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing raw footage, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual assets, and optimizing videos for various digital platforms. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining a consistent visual style across projects, and meeting production timelines. The Video Editor will contribute creatively to storyboarding, visual narratives, and content ideas for product launches, founder stories, and brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing skills with experience in Video Editing and Video Production for marketing, product, or educational content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain visual consistency and enhance storytelling through color.
• Experience in Motion Graphics, including creating and integrating animated elements, titles, overlays, and infographics.
• Ability to work with Graphics and visual assets to support cohesive branding and clear communication of complex ideas.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or equivalent).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design; attention to detail and quality in all deliverables.
• Ability to take feedback constructively, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in tech or AI-focused content is an advantage.
