Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Jaipur. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, and creating cohesive, engaging videos aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include syncing audio, adding transitions, effects, titles, and music, performing basic color correction, and collaborating with producers, designers, and other team members to refine visual narratives. The role involves preparing versions for different platforms, organizing project files and assets, and ensuring timely delivery of all video outputs. The Video Editor will also contribute creative input on story structure, pacing, and visual style.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling various formats and working within structured workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics to enhance visual quality and create compelling visual effects.
• Ability to work with Graphics to integrate visual elements, overlays, and titles that support the overall story.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and sound sync in video content.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional creative teams on-site in Jaipur.
• Relevant education in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in video editing.
