vroutes is seeking a Creative Video Editor to own projects from concept to final delivery, collaborating with strategists, designers, writers, and filmmakers to craft campaigns that stand out.

You will edit premium videos for social media, digital campaigns, YouTube, ads, brand films, and corporate videos, using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI tools like Runway and Firefly to accelerate storytelling and quality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional video editing experience in a creative setting.

• Experience editing for social media, brand campaigns, and corporate videos.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools such as Runway and CapCut AI.

Responsibilities

• Edit premium videos for social media, campaigns, YouTube, advertisements, brand films, and corporate videos.
• Transform raw footage into engaging stories with pacing, storytelling, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
• Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, photographers, and content creators throughout production.
• Develop motion graphics, animated titles, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You'll take ownership of editing high-quality content across multiple brands while contributing creative ideas that improve every project.

• Edit premium videos for social media, digital campaigns, YouTube, advertisements, brand films, corporate videos, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Transform raw footage into engaging stories using strong pacing, visual storytelling, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Create high-performing short-form content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and promotional edits.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, photographers, and content creators throughout production.
• Develop motion graphics, animated titles, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Perform colour correction, basic colour grading, audio balancing, and final output optimisation.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing within a creative agency, production house, media company, or digital marketing environment.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, typography, motion design, and sound editing.
• Experience editing social media content, advertisements, brand campaigns, corporate videos, and digital marketing assets.
• Basic knowledge of colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, and export optimisation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools including Runway, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.
• A portfolio showcasing creative editing work across different formats and platforms.
