Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Delhi, India. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and organizing footage, editing video sequences, applying transitions and effects, and ensuring audio and visuals are synchronized and on-brand. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, design, and content teams to understand project goals and translate briefs into engaging video narratives. The Video Editor will also optimize videos for different platforms, maintain version control, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including managing footage from concept to final export.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across projects.
• Experience creating Motion Graphics and working with Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand identity.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, interpret creative briefs, and contribute ideas to improve visual impact and viewer engagement.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
