Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Kolhapur. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms. Daily tasks include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, performing basic color corrections, and integrating motion graphics and text overlays. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to understand project goals, maintaining brand consistency across all video outputs, and meeting project deadlines. The Video Editor will contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and improve audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic Graphics work.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and revisions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Relevant coursework, certification, or experience in video editing, multimedia, or a related field is beneficial.
