Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Video Editor based in New Delhi. The Video Editor will be responsible for video production, editing, color grading, and creating motion graphics. The role also involves some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage, creating visually appealing graphics, adding special effects, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver high-quality video content.

Who We’re Looking For

• You’ve got 1+ year of hands-on video editing experience
• You’re fast on tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or DaVinci (whatever gets the job done and AI tools would be an advantage)
• You think like a storyteller, not just a cutter. You know when to pause, when to zoom, and when to cut hard
• You’ve edited for real brands or creators and understand how attention works online
• You’re collaborative, self-driven, and can take a messy folder of footage and turn it into something clean and sharp
• You have strong opinions on captions, aspect ratios, and pacing

Bonus (but not required)

• Experience editing AI content
• Comfort with After Effects or basic motion design
• A basic sense of visual branding, typography, and layout
• Interest in storytelling beyond just video and maybe podcasts, maybe docs, maybe something experimental
