Job Overview
Internship focused on creating engaging video content across brands, digital products, marketing campaigns, and studio initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Editing videos and reels for social media, brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and studio initiatives.
- Crafting compelling narratives through pacing, timing, motion, sound, and visual storytelling.
- Researching content trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices to improve performance.
- Coordinating with NOCT’s in‑house team and remote team members.
- Collaborating with founders, designers and cross‑functional teams on AI‑led initiatives.
- Organising project files, assets and edit workflows for smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Experimenting with formats, hooks and storytelling techniques to create content people watch.
- Communicating proactively with teammates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Students, creators, storytellers, or freshers with a strong interest in video editing and content creation.
- Portfolio or body of work demonstrating storytelling, editing skills and creative thinking (academic qualifications are secondary).
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
- Understanding of social media content formats, audience attention spans and platform‑specific storytelling is a plus.
- Curious, analytical, creative, meticulous, responsible, reliable, perceptive, communicative, responsive, adaptive, and organised attitude.
