About The Role

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Video Editor who understands not only visual storytelling but also how content performs across digital platforms.

• Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Mode: On-site
• Experience: 1–4 Years

The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing engaging video content that drives audience retention, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and paid advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and long-form content (YouTube videos)
• Optimize video content for platform-specific performance metrics such as watch time, retention, and engagement
• Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance viewer experience
• Perform color grading and audio balancing for professional-quality output
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign objectives
• Utilize AI tools and automation techniques to improve editing efficiency and turnaround time
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in video editing (agency or content-focused environment preferred)
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention techniques
• Experience editing content for social media and performance marketing campaigns
• Basic graphic design skills for creating video elements (text overlays, creatives)
• High attention to detail and strong time-management abilities
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is an added advantage
• Mandatory: A strong portfolio showcasing short-form and/or long-form video work
