Job summary

Urban Talkies, a dynamic creative agency based in New Delhi, is seeking a Video Editor Intern to support video production and social media marketing work. You will help craft engaging visual stories for clients while learning the end-to-end post-production process.

The role requires pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree, proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and the ability to work five days a week from the office.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; candidates may also be graduates.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work five days a week from the office.

Responsibilities

• Edit video footage into compelling narratives aligned with project goals.
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute the vision through to completion.
• Work with production to brainstorm and implement ideas.
• Maintain an organized video library and post-production workflow.
• Ability to manage end-to-end video projects.

• Edit video footage into compelling narratives that align with project objectives and client needs
• Work closely with the creative team to execute the vision through to completion
• Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas for projects
• Maintain an organised video library and manage post-production workflow
• Ability to manage and produce end-to-end video projects

Requirements

• Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Graduates are also welcome.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling skills, a keen eye for detail, and a creative mind.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Passion for video production and creating visually engaging content.
• Any prior agency/brand experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and manage feedback from various stakeholders.
• The candidate is expected to work from the office 5 days a week.
