Job summary

rojgaar.co, a social-impact startup in India, is seeking a Content Creator Intern to develop engaging reels and short videos for social channels. You will research trends, script and shoot content, and assist with posting and analytics under the guidance of the marketing team.

Ideal candidates possess strong storytelling, comfort on camera, and basic editing with Canva/CapCut or Premiere Pro. Flexible, internship-based work with an opportunity for a PPO upon strong performance.

• Research trending formats and social media trends to create fresh, relatable content.
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with confidence.
• Assist with social media management – posting, engagement, and analyzing performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns that drive reach and awareness.
• Experiment with storytelling formats to make social impact content more engaging.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills (Hindi + English mix preferred).
• Confidence to appear on camera and deliver clear, engaging voiceovers.
• Basic video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook).
• Self-driven, creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
