Zenith HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Leader for a fast-growing D2C luxury personal care and wellness brand based in Madhya Pradesh. You will own end-to-end operations, drive scalable processes, and optimize demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and fulfilment to support rapid growth.

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Fulfilment.

• Strong expertise across demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and fulfilment.

Our client is a fast-growing D2C luxury personal care and wellness brand with a presence across e-commerce, marketplaces, quick commerce, retail, corporate gifting, and international markets.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Leader to drive end-to-end operations and supply chain management, build scalable processes, and support business growth while ensuring operational efficiency, quality, cost optimisation, and customer satisfaction.

Role

• Lead end-to-end operations across demand planning, procurement, manufacturing/assembly, quality, warehousing, dispatch, and fulfilment.
