• Managed end-to-end property operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Hands-on experience in hotel/hospitality and property management operations, managing multiple operational functions and stakeholders.
• Managed end-to-end P&L responsibility, including revenue generation, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong experience in business development, new business acquisition, and managing corporate, institutional, strategic, and partnership accounts.
• Drove revenue growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and improving commercial performance.
• Developed and executed sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, client acquisition, and conversion.
