Job summary

Orbit Verify, a product of Orbitouch HR, is seeking Operations Specialists in Employee Background Verification at our Tilak Nagar office in New Delhi. The role focuses on conducting employment verifications through calls, emails, and third-party platforms, with emphasis on accuracy and turnaround time.

You will liaise with HR and verify documents, maintain records, escalate discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements while working Monday-Saturday, 10:00 to 18:30.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employment verifications through calls, emails, third-party platforms, etc.
• Liaise with HR departments and reporting managers to validate tenure, designation, compensation, and reason for exit.
• Review and validate submitted documents such as offer letters, relieving letters, and payslips.
• Update verification outcomes on internal systems/tools accurately and promptly.
• Escalate discrepancies, red flags, or unresponsive verifications as per SOPs.
• Maintain a strong focus on Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality benchmarks.
• Support audit requirements and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Profile:- (BGV specialist)

Experience- 5 yrs (only BGV company experience will be considered)

Company Location:- Tilak Nagar, New Delhi (just walk from the metro station Tilak Nagar)

working days:- Monday to Saturday (Sunday weekly off)

Shift timing: 10 am to 6:30 pm. (Work from the office only)
