Job summary

Coforge is seeking an experienced BGV professional to lead end-to-end background verification operations across global/offshore hiring from our India-based office. You will ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, manage BGV vendors, and work with HR, TA, Legal, and business teams to enable smooth onboarding.

The role requires 7–10 years in BGV/HR operations, exposure to offshore processes, and strong skills in Excel and Power BI to deliver MIS and dashboards for compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Background Verification/HR Operations.
• Exposure to global or offshore BGV processes.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and employment verification.
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in HRMS, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
