Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Verification Engineer - Manual & Automation (4–8 years) to join our testing team in India. You will perform manual testing of desktop and web apps, design test cases, execute tests, track defects, and document results, while leveraging ALM/Rally for test management and collaborating with cross functional teams.

Reference to healthcare domain is preferred; Python scripting and Squish automation knowledge will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of manual testing experience for desktop and web applications.
• Proficiency in test design, execution, defect tracking and test documentation.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC and testing types (functional, regression, integration, UAT, performance).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills; detail oriented.
• Healthcare domain knowledge or healthcare apps experience preferred.
• Knowledge of test automation using Squish.
• Proficient in Python automation scripting.
• Basic knowledge of Jama, DOORS and similar requirements management tools.

Verification Engineer - Manual & Automation (4–8 Years of Experience)

• 4 to 8 years of experience in manual testing of desktop and web-based applications.
• Expertise in test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and test documentation.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as ALM and Rally.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
