Job summary

Meragi in Hyderabad is seeking a driven, client-focused sales professional to lead your team's growth, manage relationships, and collaborate with design and operations to deliver unforgettable wedding experiences.

This role blends strategic outreach with hands‑on client care, requires 1–4 years of sales experience, and a flair for design aesthetics, excellent communication, and Telugu fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1-4 years of sales experience (wedding/event or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of design aesthetics and client preferences; creative mindset is a plus.
• Must be proficient in speaking and understanding Telugu.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales performance for your team and consistently achieve targets.
• Identify and convert new prospects through multiple channels.
• Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth journey from consultation to event delivery.
