Job summary

Zahee Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to take full ownership of end-to-end operations at a Delhi NCR venue, overseeing guest experience, event execution, vendor management, and team leadership.

This high-autonomy role reports to the Operations department and requires on-site presence during events. We value candidates with 2–8 years of venue management, proven budget ownership, and experience in banquet halls or event spaces.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience managing a full venue or property.
• Proven budget or P&L ownership with measurable figures.
• Experience in banquet halls, restaurants, or event spaces.
• Experience hiring, training, and leading a team.
• Strong vendor and supplier management skills.
• Excellent judgment under pressure with high autonomy.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours (evenings/weekends).
• Proficiency with basic coordination tools (Google Drive, scheduling forms).
• Local Delhi NCR market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and budget accountability for the venue.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take full ownership of end-to-end operations at one of our properties from guest experience and event execution to vendor management and team leadership. This is a high-ownership role reporting into a newly-formed Operations department, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to shape processes rather than just follow them.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full P&L / budget accountability for the venue
• Manage end-to-end event execution from booking handoff to guest departure
• Build and manage vendor and supplier relationships
• Develop, follow, and improve SOPs across venue operations
• Handle real-time crisis situations (double bookings, staff no-shows, guest escalations) with sound judgment
• Manage inventory and cost control
• Hire, train, and lead the on-ground venue team
• Be reachable and available during live events, including evenings and weekends
• Report operational performance and issues transparently to leadership

What We're Looking For

• 2-8 years of experience managing a full venue or property (not just a single department)
• Proven experience owning a budget or P&L, with specific numbers you can speak to
• Experience in banquet halls, restaurants, or event spaces preferred
• Prior experience hiring, training, and managing a team
• Strong vendor and supplier management skills
• Excellent judgment under pressure and comfort with high-autonomy decision-making
• Willingness to work non-standard hours (evenings, weekends, on-call during events)
• Comfortable working with basic coordination tools (Google Drive, WhatsApp, scheduling forms)
• Local market knowledge of Delhi NCR preferred
