Job summary

Ray-Hans Precision Tools Private Limited in India is seeking a procurement professional to manage sourcing, third-party service agreements, and external vendor contracts to support project and production needs.

You will evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, track stock and KPIs, and collaborate with design, procurement, and production teams during New Product Development to keep costs low and supply stable.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sourcing, administration, and execution of third-party service agreements and external vendor contracts to support project and production needs
• Search for and evaluate new suppliers for raw materials, parts, or assemblies that match company requirements
• Assess potential vendors through facility audits, capability checks, and sample testing
• Work alongside internal design, procurement, and production groups during New Product Development (NPD)
• Help negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts while keeping transportation and material costs low
• Track delivery schedules, stock levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain a stable supply chain
