Job summary

Noble Moulds is seeking a proactive New Vendor Development Executive in Delhi. You will identify and onboard reliable suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost and service standards while coordinating with procurement, production, quality, R&D and finance teams.

With 3-5+ years in purchasing, you will evaluate suppliers across plastics, sheet metal and rubber components, conducting audits and training to elevate supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years as A.M./Executive in purchase
• Knowledge of Plastic RM, Metal & rubber component purchase
• Must be computer savvy

Responsibilities

• Identify new suppliers through market research and supplier networks across plastics, sheet metal, rubber parts, etc.
• Evaluate vendors based on capability, reliability, quality systems, pricing and delivery performance
• Facilitate vendor onboarding, registration and documentation to ensure compliance
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and long-term agreements for cost savings
• Monitor vendor performance with KPIs on quality, delivery, cost and responsiveness
• Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, R&D and finance to align vendor capabilities with business needs
• Support new product development by sourcing materials/services and assist in cost optimization

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented New Vendor Development Executive to identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers that meet our quality, cost, and service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Identification & Evaluation

• Identify new suppliers through market research & suppliers across various commodities like Plastics, Sheet metal, Rubber parts etc.


• Evaluate potential vendors based on capability, reliability, quality systems, pricing, and delivery performance.


• Conduct supplier audits and technical assessments in collaboration with quality and engineering teams.

Vendor Onboarding & Development

• Facilitate the vendor registration and onboarding process.


• Work closely with suppliers to ensure compliance with company requirements, certifications, and documentation.


• Develop vendors to meet specific product or project needs through training and capacity-building initiatives.

Sourcing & Negotiation

• Request and analyze quotations, compare cost structures, and perform commercial evaluations.


• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and long-term agreements to achieve cost savings.


• Ensure competitive procurement by maintaining a healthy vendor base.

Relationship & Performance Management

• Build sustainable, long-term relationships with vendors to improve supply reliability.


• Monitor vendor performance using KPIs such as quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness.


• Address supplier issues and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with procurement, production, quality, R&D, and finance teams to align vendor capabilities with business needs.


• Support new product development (NPD) by sourcing new materials, components, or services.


• Assist in cost optimization and supply chain efficiency projects.

Experience

3-5+ years as A.M./Executive in purchase Knowledge of Plastic RM, Metal & rubber component purchase

Qualification

Diploam or B.Tech Mechanical & Good knowledge of vendor development Must be computer Savy.
