Job summary

Source-Right is seeking a Vehicle/Part Geometry Pilot to drive geometry convergence for passenger vehicles in the Maharashtra region. The role focuses on ensuring appearance, function and fittability targets are met through cross-functional coordination and rigorous geometry validation.

Key responsibilities include leading geometry reviews, performing geometric analysis for interior and exterior parts, and validating changes that affect geometry during the vehicle lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in GD&T, gauges and BIW processes.
• Experience with vehicle interfaces and packaging conditions.
• Ability to manage geometry convergence at milestones.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle geometry convergence to meet appearance, function & fittability targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure BIW & part geometry compliance.
• Lead geometry reviews, joint checks, and milestone validations.

Mandatory Skill

Vehicle architecture, vehicle integration with strong expertise in Catia and their domain should be Passenger vehicles (Car)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle geometry convergence to meet appearance, function & fittability targets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure BIW & part geometry compliance
• Lead geometry reviews, joint checks, and milestone validations
• Perform geometric analysis and PDJ preparation for Interior & Exterior parts
• Validating the product/process changes in quality appearance suggested during the vehicle life when the changes affect the geometry

Skills & Expertise Required

• Strong knowledge of GD&T, gauges, fixtures, and BIW processes
• Experience in vehicle interfaces & packaging conditions
• Capability to manage geometry convergence at each milestone
