Job summary

Axtria - Ingenious Insights in Bengaluru seeks a Vault CRM developer to configure and customize Vault CRM to meet the agreed technical design. You will build high-quality, tested, and documented functionality on the Vault Platform for the India delivery pod under the Vault CRM Technical Lead.

The role involves implementing CRM features, writing unit tests, and participating in code reviews and sprint ceremonies, with involvement in SIT, UAT, and production deployments.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation & Technology.
• Bachelor of Engineering and MCA (IT or Computer) required.

Responsibilities

• Configure Vault CRM objects, fields, lifecycles, workflows, page layouts, picklists, and security.
• Develop Vault Java SDK code: record triggers, user-defined classes, actions, user-defined services, HTTP callouts.
• Write VQL queries and use Vault REST APIs for integrations and data operations.
• Implement Vault CRM features: MyInsights dashboards, CLM binders/presentations, Approved Email templates, Events configuration.
• Build and maintain unit tests per Vault Java SDK testing framework.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies.
• Document configuration and custom code.
• Support defect triage, fix, and re-testing during SIT, UAT, and validation phases.
• Deploy changes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production using Vault Package Deployment.
