• With 5+ years of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with SharePoint / Aconex / ACC is essential.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data integrity.
• Multitasking, time management, and proactive follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with railway infrastructure projects or engineering design workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project correspondence, meeting minutes, deliverables, and approvals.
• Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of action items and follow-ups.
• Track project deliverables and submission schedules using Excel trackers or project management dashboards.
• Support the preparation of project reports, progress summaries, presentations, and client communication materials.
• Ensure proper file management and version control in CDE platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, A site).
• Assist in onboarding new project team members, ensuring access to systems, project folders, and reference documents.
• Help compile bid documentation, CVs, profile check and approval, compliance checklists, and forms for new opportunities or change requests.
• Verification (for Conformance) and approval of project deliverables in adherence to DB quality standards and guidelines.
• Any other work / instructions given by the Team leader.
