Job summary

DB Engineering & Consulting in Bengaluru (India) is seeking a Junior Engineer to support BIM design for German projects. You will assist the Design Engineer, create 3D models with detailed detailing, and coordinate with the BIM team to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in civil engineering and hands-on use of AutoCAD and Revit. Relocation support and international collaboration opportunities are offered as part of a growing global team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s in civil engineering.
• Experience with 3D modeling in civil/structural engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with 2D drawings extraction from 3D models and quantity scheduling.
• Understanding of BIM requirements and BEP.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of ProjectWise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Engineer for timely project delivery.
• Model 3D structures with high detailing.

The Role - Junior Engineer - BIM - To support designs for German Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Design Engineer in his task for a timely delivery of the project
• Modeling of 3D structures with quality and high level of detailing
• Liaise with the BIM Expert/Manager and the other BIM Engineer and administrative bodies in order to ensure project targets are being covered totally

Qualifications

• Diploma / bachelor’s in civil engineering
• Experience with 3D modeling in the field of civil/structural engineering and Infrastructure projects
• Experience in Quantity scheduling, attribution, 2D drawings extraction from 3D model.
• Follow the BEP to understand project BIM requirements
• Perform internal check to the discipline models.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit. Knowledge of ProjectWise cloud services preferred.
