Job summary

TeamLease Digital Private Ltd. in Gurugram seeks an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations and maintenance of DG sets, HT/LT panels, transformers, UPS, chillers, and other utility systems.

You will manage shift logs, handover records, and ensure electrical safety compliance. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, breakdown restoration, and coordination with other teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical is required.
• Valid Electrical Supervisor License as per statutory requirements.
• 23 years of experience in utility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance of DG sets, HT/LT panels, transformers, UPS, chillers, HWGs, Cooling Towers, pumps, AHU/AW & compressors.
• Shift Management: maintain shift logs and handover records.
• Preventive Maintenance: execute preventive maintenance schedules, support predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring to minimize breakdowns.
• Breakdown Handling: troubleshoot faults and coordinate with other teams for quick restoration; maintain failure records and corrective actions.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and SOPs.

2. Shift Management: - Maintain shift logs and handover records


3. Preventive Maintenance: - Execute preventive maintenance schedules, support predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring & Minimize breakdowns through proactive actions.


4. Breakdown Handling: - Troubleshoot faults and ensure quick restoration, Coordinate with other teams during major breakdowns, Maintain failure records and corrective actions


5. Safety & Compliance :- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards & SOPs.

Qualifications & Experience:- Diploma in Electrical, must possess a valid Electrical Supervisor License as per statutory requirements, having 23 years of experience in utility maintenance.
