Job summary

Enzene Biosciences Ltd. seeks a qualified electrical maintenance professional to operate and maintain complex electrical and utility systems including DG sets, transformers, switchyards, APFC panels, and LT rooms.

The role covers energy management, SOP/QMS documentation, and training of contract staff. Candidate must hold an electrical supervisory licence, be familiar with GMP/GDP practices, regulatory audits, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Should have experience in operation and maintenance of Electrical systems like DG set, 33 KV/22 KV transformer, HT switch Yard, LT yard, APFC panel, ACBs, Metering system, LT room operation, Power change over, UPS system etc.
• Should have experience in operation and maintenance of Utility Equipment like Chillers, IBR Boilers, Air compressor, Dryer, Water pretreatment, ETP system, Fire hydrant system, Fire alarm system, solar system, refrigeration system etc.
• Should have electrical supervisory licence. Should have knowledge about Energy Management / Conservation.
• Should have exposure to regulatory audits and compliance.
• Preparation & revision of SOPs and QMS documentation. Maintaining equipment logbooks, PM planner & records.
• Training of contract employees/ operators, assigning shift activities and ensure to get completed.
• Should have handled gas banking system like O2, CO2, N2 & Argon. Safety regulations should be known.
• Willing to work in all three shift on rotation basis as and when required.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance performed for Engineering and Utility areas Equipments as per the approved planner.
• Responsible for all utility critical spare identification, procurement and its management.
• To follow GMP/ GDP practices and train the contract technicians on same.
• Responsible for planning and execution of yearly Power & Boiler shutdown for yearly statutory passing.
• Should have knowledge of Autocad. Should have to prepare electrical drawings, Utility P&ID etc.
• Should be aware of Industrial EHS norms, Statutory Electrical Inspector, Boiler inspector requirements and strictly follow them.
