Job summary

Yash Management Consultants is seeking an engineer with a BE in Mechanical and 4 to 10 years of experience to join the maintenance team. The role involves operation and maintenance of ammonia-based screw refrigeration plants, cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, coal handling, DM plant and Daikin R134a chillers.

The candidate will participate in root cause analysis of safety and process safety incidents and actively monitor and ensure CAPA actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical with 4 to 10 years of experience.
• Experience in root cause analysis of safety and process safety incidents.
• Ability to monitor and implement CAPA (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ammonia-based screw refrigeration plants (100–400 TR).
• Oversee cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, coal handling, DM plant and Daikin R134a chillers.
• Participate in safety and process safety incident investigations and CAPA closure.
