Job summary

Eternity Quests in Gujarat seeks an experienced Cold Utility professional to lead operation and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers and related systems. You will oversee compressors, brine circulation and energy-saving initiatives, while ensuring safety compliance and reliable utility performance.

Ideal candidate has 15–20 years in chemical/manufacturing utilities with a focus on cold utilities and a strong track record in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with no education gaps.
• 15–20 years of experience in utility operations within chemical or manufacturing sectors, especially cold utilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain chillers, brine chillers, chilled water systems, refrigeration systems and cooling towers.
• Hands-on work with refrigeration screw/reciprocating compressors, brine circulation, condensers and pumps.
• Manage air compressors, nitrogen, RO/DM and other utility systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of cold utility equipment.
• Monitor chiller efficiency and energy usage; implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, plan shutdowns, schedule PMs and drive reliability improvements.
• Lead utility operators, technicians, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure SOP, HIRA, LOTO, PTW, safety and statutory compliance.
• Maintain utility KPIs, reports, records and critical spares.

We are looking for an experienced Cold Utility professional from Chemical / Specialty Chemical / Manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation & maintenance of Chillers, Brine Chillers, Chilled Water Systems, Refrigeration Systems & Cooling Towers.
• Hands-on experience with refrigeration screw/reciprocating compressors, brine circulation, chilling condensers and pumps.
• Manage Air Compressors, Nitrogen, RO/DM and other utility systems.
• Preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of cold utility equipment.
• Monitor chiller efficiency, utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Troubleshooting, shutdown planning, PM scheduling and reliability improvement.
• Lead utility operators, technicians, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure SOP, HIRA, LOTO, PTW, safety and statutory compliance.
• Maintain utility KPIs, reports, records and critical spares.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering. (No gap in education)
