Job summary

Oxford Placement invites applications for a senior mechanical maintenance engineer to oversee agrochemical plant and utility systems in Dahej. You will manage reactors, pumps, gearboxes, dryers, compressors, cooling towers, steam and vacuum systems, aiming for minimal downtime and safe operations.

The role requires BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with 7–9 years of plant maintenance experience in a reputed chemical industry, strong knowledge of utility operations, shutdown maintenance, and problem

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 7–9 years of plant maintenance experience in a reputed chemical industry.
• Sound knowledge of utility operation, shutdown maintenance, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain agrochemical plant and utility equipment (reactors, pumps, gearboxes, dryers, compressors, chilling plant, cooling tower).
• Ensure minimum downtime, conduct shutdown maintenance, manage steam, vacuum, blowers, and RVD; support projects and EHS compliance.

Responsible for Agro chemical plant & Utility maint-Reactors, Pumps, Gearbox, Dryers, Compressors, chilling plant, cooling tower, Steam System, Vaccum, Blowers, RVD etc. minimum downtime of prodn & utility equipment, Project Work, EHS compliance etc.

Required Candidate profile

BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 7 to 9 years relevant working exp of plant maint in reputed chemical industry. Sound knowledge of utility operation, Shutdown maint, SAP, Problem solving ability etc
