Job summary

JobItUs in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India seeks an experienced HVAC maintenance engineer to maintain AHU, Ammonia and refrigerant chillers, and oversee compressors and pumps. You will implement maintenance schedules, manage spare parts, and ensure GMP-compliant operations while improving system reliability and uptime.

Experience in pharma or nutrition industries is preferred, with ASHRAE/SMACNA knowledge welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance.
• GMP exposure in pharma or nutrition industries.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA for HVAC design and installation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain air conditioners, AHU, ammonia and refrigerant chillers.
• Overhaul compressors and pumps.
• Prepare maintenance schedule, leave schedule and monthly invoices.
• Order and control spare parts; ensure stock optimisation.
• Access system gaps and resolve issues to stabilise operation.
• Adhere to GMP conditions in daily activities.

Job description

• Responsible of Maintaining of various type of air conditioners units, AHU, Ammonia & Refrigerant Chillers
• Overhaul of compressors and pumps
• Complete maintenance schedule, leave schedule, monthly invoices
• Ordering and control of spare parts. Strong Knowledge of HVAC systems including Ammonia and Refrigerant Chiller
• Relevant experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance
• Should have experience in Nutrition industry or Pharma Industry and exposure to work on GMP conditions.
• Should be pleasing personality and energetic to drive solutions.
• Should be able to access current system gaps and resolve issues to stabilize system.
• Should have knowledge of ASHRE and SCHAMNA about design and installation of HVAC system
