Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Thane, Maharashtra seeks an Engineer – Plant Utility Operation and Maintenance with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining utility equipment such as air compressors, chillers, dryers, and water treatment systems.

You will plan, monitor, and optimize maintenance activities, perform root-cause analyses, lead a site team, ensure EHS adherence, manage MIS reports and ISO documentation, and contribute to site KPI achievement and HR-related activities.

Qualifications

• B.E./ B.Tech Mechanical with 4 to 6 years of experience in operation and maintenance of utility equipment.
• Should be well versed with EHS rules and procedures for service projects.
• Deep knowledge of operation, maintenance and Troubleshooting of utility equipment (air compressors, dryers, chillers, LPG/HSD yard, ETP/WTP).

Responsibilities

• Daily planning and monitoring of maintenance activity.
• Root cause analysis of breakdowns and reporting to customer.
• Spare parts monitoring and planning.
• Site KPI monitoring and actions to achieve targets.
• Skill mapping of team members.
• 5S in the work area.
• Lead the team with a strong site leadership example.
• MIS reporting and ISO documentation.
• Ensure EHS adherence at site.
• Site commercial activities and HR activity monitoring.
