Job summary

Mahindra Finance in Kollam is seeking a field sales professional to drive car loan disbursements and grow the customer base. You will engage dealers, DSAs, and influencers while ensuring timely processing of loan applications.

The role requires Graduation and extensive sales experience; a two-wheeler driving license is preferred. You will coordinate with credit and operations to maintain strong customer support and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required; 13 years in sales, vehicle loan, or banking/NBFC roles preferred.

• Source customers for new car and pre-owned car loans and meet monthly targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

• Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans.
• Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.
• Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.

B. Customer Handling

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support.

C. Documentation & Verification

• Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing.

D. Loan Processing

• Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal.
• Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status.
• Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations.

E. Post-Disbursement Support

• Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion.
• Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries.
• Assist in overdue follow-ups when required.
