Job summary

WIRTGEN INDIA Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi seeks a seasoned professional for Rental & Used Machine Sales. You will drive rental and used machine business, identify opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with customers to ensure sustained growth.

The role requires deep knowledge of machine sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of rentals and used equipment. You will report to the Rental & UE Vertical Head and work on site in Delhi.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications include B.Com/MBA/B.Tech and relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years in machines sales or rental with domain knowledge.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to justify used vs rental options.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead generation to grow Rental & Used Machine business.
• Manage customer relationships and negotiate/close deals.
• Handle key accounts and market intelligence activities.
• Oversee revenue, margins, and sales pipeline for rentals.
• Plan short- and long-term rental strategies and asset deployment.

Purpose of the Job: Rental & Used Machine Sales

• Driving Rental and Used Machine business by identifying and filling the gap through strategies, cultivating solid relationships with existing and new Customers to ensure a continuous growth and profitability of business model.
