Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define the role requirements for various healthcare positions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
